I’m a professionally recognised Career Development Practitioner with extensive experience supporting employees across multiple sectors and life stages. I specialise in:

My Focus:
I work across Albury–Wodonga, and the Riverina, supporting organisations to manage talent in smaller labour markets where retaining skilled staff is critical. I live and work locally and understand the strengths and differences of regional Australia.
